Refund policy

Return Period: 
NO RETURNS..., There are exceptions for custom-made items that were damaged during shipping or incorrect. 

Eligibility for REPLACEMENT: 
To qualify for an exchange, your item must be unused, photo of damaged product, in its original packaging with all tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.

How to Initiate an EXCHANGE: 
To start an exchange, please contact us via email at c3foreman@icloud.com. If your exchange is 
approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions.

Damages and Issues: 
Inspect your order upon arrival. If you discover any defects, damages, or incorrect items, notify us immediately for prompt resolution.

Non-Returnable Items: 
ALL items cannot be returned, but we will work with you to exchange any damaged or incorrect order including, perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, and sale items or gift cards. 


Exchanges: 
For exchanges, please return the item and place a new order for the desired item after your return is processed. We will provide shipping label.

Received Exchanges
Upon receiving your and inspecting your proof of damage or incorrect order (either through email or approved exchange) we will notify you of the exchange status, (the details of the replacement). Approved exchanges will be processed within 5 business days, and you will then receive a notification of the time frame for when the order will be re-sent out or re-delivered.
